DIAMOND ANNIVERSARY Richard & Margaret Hackland On March 15th 1952 we stood together and said I do for richer or poorer, for better or worse, we've managed so far, so far so good. Ten decades or sixty years, the time is just the same. We have children and great grandchildren too. We've had our share of holidays in many different places, Devon and Cornwall, the continent too, along with our children and grandchildren, but mainly just me and you. Pen Y Ghent and Whernside, Ingleborough too, The Lakes and Peak District, we've been there when we were young and fit and didn't have a care. Sometimes the walks were easy, other times quite tough, but overall it's best to take the smooth with the rough. Our walking days are over, a stroll just here and there, arthritic knees plus aches and pains control our exercise these days. Cards composed by others cause such a blinking fuss but this one is special, it's writen just for us. 15-3-1952 - 15-3-2012
